Dubai Municipality is planning an intelligent transport system that will give early warning to motorists on traffic congestion, which is worsening with the number of cars growing by 10% a year, reported Gulf News. Dubai is growing so fast that infrastructure, including the roads, cannot keep up, according to assistant director Hussain Nasser Lootah.
