Albisher & Alkazemi inaugurates new Mercedes-Benz ExpressService Center in Al-Rai

This new facility houses four ExpressService work-bays and one Active Receiving Diagnostic Bay to cater to all jobs that can be completed within one hour. Initially the following jobs will be carried out by Mercedes-Benz certified workshop personnel -

• Oil Change Service
• Service A
• A/C Maintenance service
• Engine Flushing
• Batteries check-up & replacement.
• Exhaust System maintenance
• Brakes maintenance
• Shock-Absorber maintenance for smaller models.

This new facility not only has a state of the art ExpressService workshop, it also has a comfortable and chic customer waiting lounge along with a Mercedes-Benz Cafe where customers can enjoy a cappuccino and read the latest Mercedes-Benz magazine, while they wait for their ExpressService to be completed.

The unique feature of this facility is that the Customer Waiting lounge and the Mercedes-Benz Cafe both overlook the Workshop Bays so that every customer can watch his vehicle being worked on, for their added convenience and security.

In another effort towards total customer satisfaction, this facility will remain open for long hours during the day so customers can make use of it at their convenience.

The new Mercedes-Benz ExpressService is conveniently located in Al-Rai, at the intersection of the Ghazali Expressway and the Fourth Ring Road, clearly identifiable by the rotating Mercedes-Benz Star Tower. Easy access is available from both Ghazali Expressway from the exit right after Centrepoint Departmental Store and also from the Fourth Ring Road near the flyover.
