Emarat automates its balanced scorecard with QPR Software and IYCON

In order to enhance the framework of good governance internally, and improve accountability in performance of tasks through the establishment of an automated planning and performance management system, EMARAT decided on adopting the Balanced Scorecard methodology and decided on QPR as the platform to build their performance management system.

Emarat will be automating a total of nine scorecards using the IYCON Express Scorecard Implementation Methodology™ which guarantees rapid deployment of the scorecards. The new performance management system will allow EMARAT to cascade strategy across departments, and provides high visibility to monitor non performing areas, thus enabling EMARAT to manage by exception.
