These members have shown strong commitment to the company over the years and will be instrumental to the future success of ARAMEX.

Osama Fattaleh, ARAMEX Vice President for the Near East and North Africa, has been appointed as the Chief Strategy Officer and Senior Vice President, responsible for acquisitions, expansions and investments. With 17 years of experience in every aspect of the ARAMEX business, Osama will lead a new strategy team that will draw on ARAMEX's financial and operational capabilities in order to implement the company's future vision.

Georges Harfouche, ARAMEX Vice President for Licensing and Partnerships, has been appointed as Managing Director of Info-Fort, ARAMEX's newly acquired company which offers document and record storage services. Mr. Harfouche, who has 15 years of experience in ARAMEX, will be responsible for expanding this new service within the Middle East and South Asia. Info-Fort currently has operations in the UAE, Saudi Arabia and Egypt and plans to open offices in Jordan in the very near future.

Othman Aljeda, ARAMEX Vice President for Saudi Arabia and the Upper Gulf, will add on to his responsibilities South Asia (India, Pakistan, Sri Lanka, Bangladesh and Nepal) as well as South East Asia, including ARAMEX's operations in Hong Kong and Vietnam. Othman has been an active leader in ARAMEX for the past 11 years, occupying positions instrumental to the network's growth.

After going public on the Dubai Financial Market in June 2005, ARAMEX has speeded up the pace of implementing the expansion and acquisition strategy it has launched more than a year ago, one which aims at capitalizing on its position as the leading total transportation solutions provider in the region and reinforcing its global presence.

Some of the recent moves in this direction were the acquisition of InfoFort, the region's leading document storage and management company, followed by Priority Airfreight, a UK-based express service provider that specializes in courier traffic between the UK and the US markets, and Al Khazen Distribution, the only independent publication distribution company in Palestine.
