Lexus brand showcased on its own stand at this year's Middle East International Motor Show

Distributed by Al-Futtaim Motors, the exclusive distributor for Lexus in the UAE, the range includes the ES300 - the class leading sedan within the small luxury segment, the RX330 - the intelligent SUV with its rugged good looks, dynamic performance and comfort, the LX470 - the ultimate in SUV performance and comfort, and the flagship LS430.

The highlights of the Lexus stand will be the GS430 and the GS300, the perfect combination of style, luxury and performance, and the latest SC430 sports coupé convertible, which has new features including a six-speed automatic transmission with sequential shift.

The Lexus SC430 has been a success since its introduction to the UAE in 2002, customers appreciating the car's combination of elegance and outstanding performance. Conceived on the French Riviera during an extensive research trip to study elegance, beauty and sophistication, the SC430 has a host of innovative features including a climate control system with a mode to compensate for top-down driving.

The Lexus GS430 and GS300 represent the third generation of the GS stable, and are the first to be designed using the new L-finesse Lexus Design Philosophy - Simplicity, Elegance and Anticipation. Class-leading refinements including adaptive front lights, push button engine start, smart keyless entry, a voice navigation system, as well as a Vehicle Dynamic Management system, have firmly established the GS range as the benchmark for powerful, luxury sedans.

Having just celebrated 50 years of trading in the UAE, Al-Futtaim Motors introduced the Lexus luxury motoring brand to the UAE market in 1990. Since then the company has opened several Lexus showrooms, and will soon open an impressive new showroom at Dubai Festival City's Automotive Park, presently under construction on the banks of Dubai Creek.
