With 32 years of experience in retail banking, Mr. Scotto also served as Vice President- Finance for the American Business Council for the last two years. Louis currently holds the position of Director - Network International, and is a trusted member of the NCR Global Financial Services Advisory Board.
In his current position Mr. Scotto heads Retail Banking for the Emirates Bank Group. In his four years at EBI, Louis has pioneered a shift in focus from product management to customer segmentation, linked in with aggressive pricing and promotional strategies on Loans and Credit Cards. EBI was named best 'Retail Bank in the UAE' by Middle East Banker Magazine, as well as being awarded "Superbrands" status for 4 consecutive years.
