AFS and Arab Bank announce a joint agreement

Arab Financial Service (AFS) the region's first and most prominent provider of Electronic-payment solutions and outsourced financial services have announced a joint agreement with Arab Bank, a worldwide bank with presence in 32 countries to provide the bank with its Smart Alert Card SMS Service.

The Smart Alert Card SMS Service from AFS, which can be fully integrated with any card management system, includes messaging alerts for authorizations and fraud alerts, customer service updates, billing, payments and promotional offers. The new service will allow Arab Bank cardholders to receive instant notification for transactions performed on their credit cards to prevent any misuse, also the bank will be able to communicate efficiently to their customers the credit card payment details, marketing and promotional messages, card renewal notifications to name a few.

This exceptional solution offered by AFS to its client banks addresses the need for instant access to information at the customers' end and will assist Arab Bank in providing its credit cardholders with efficient and swift measures which shall minimize the risk of fraud that such holders may be subject to, providing better customer services.
