Manned by a dedicated group of highly-trained staff, Emirates' Hajj hotline will allow customers to conveniently receive information relating to Emirates' flights, book their travel, request special services, or make changes to their travel itineraries.
Hamad Obaidalla, Emirates' Senior Vice- President, Commercial Operations Gulf, Middle East and Iran said:
"The Hajj is a unique spiritual experience for Muslims. Emirates is pleased to offer a dedicated hotline during this period to provide an added convenience to our customers and assist them in their specific travel requirements. We would like to wish all the customers a fruitful Hajj."
In addition to the five-a-week scheduled services between Dubai and Jeddah, Emirates will serve Hajj travellers with additional flights during this season. Customers may call the hotline for more information.
The hotline service was first introduced to Emirates' customers planning their Umrah travel during the holy month of Ramadan this year, and proved immensely popular.
During the Hajj season in January 2006, more than Six million pilgrims are expected to gather in the holy cities of Makkah and Medinah.
