High profile Hungarian delegation visits DTCM

A high-profile delegation from the Ministry of Foreign Affairs, Republic of Hungary visited the Dubai Tourism and Commerce Marketing (DTCM) Head Office recently with the aim of enhancing bilateral trade and cooperation between the two countries.
The visiting Hungarian delegation was briefed about Dubai's spectacular progress as the world's leading leisure and tourism destination and the landmark projects that is increasingly shaping the emirate as an icon of excellence.
The visitors were presented a special souvenir and Dubai memorabilia.
Europe is a key source market for Dubai's tourism industry. The number of Hungarian hotel visitors to Dubai increased by 18.2 per cent between January-June 2005. There were 2,207 Hungarian passengers who passed through Dubai International Airport during 2004.
