This week Skinkers announced its award-winning technology had been deployed by CNN International to launch a desktop-based news and programme alert service.
The technology behind the alerts is known as a "Skinker" and can be downloaded free of charge from CNN's international website located at http://edition.cnn.com/services/newsalert
Matteo Berlucchi, CEO of Skinkers commented: "We are very excited that CNN are using the breadth of Skinkers technological capability. It's the first time our desktop news alert had been used to target a truly global audience but at the same time allowing regional content to be delivered to the users' computer screen."
