The Real Estate Excellence Award ceremony was part of the Islamic Real Estate Finance Conference 2005, a three day colloquium of the region's most prominent real estate players which aims at exploring in greater detail the Middle East real estate market, discuss the current opportunities and highlights future trends that the GCC region presents, organized by ICG. The awards were evaluated and awarded by Euromoney, one of the world's top three financial reviews and economic analysis magazines.
