New post-office opened in Al Mudam, Sharjah

Emirates Post has opened a new post-office in Al Mudam area of Sharjah. This is the 80th post office in the Emirates Post network.
"We try to anticipate the needs of the people by opening post offices in areas that have high concentration of population," said Mr. Salem Al Shaya. "As Sharjah is witnessing rapid economic development, we are responding by taking our services closer to the people. We are confident that the new post office will be a boom to the residents of this area."
The post office will be open from 8 a.m. to 2 p.m., Saturday to Thursday. Apart from all postal services, it will offer money transfer, utility bill payment, traffic fines, telephone cards and other services. The post office has 750 P.O. Boxes available for rental.
