DIP appoints globally-renowned DTZ as leasing agent for Dubai Towers - Doha

DTZ will also record and respond to enquiries for Dubai Towers - Doha; seek to negotiate with any interested party regarding lease terms and endeavour to secure best terms; assist and confirm on site measurements; enter data relating to enquiries onto a database provided and run by DIP and prepare leases and negotiate all issues relating to the lease until it is signed but with the exception of normal management issues.
