Qatar Telecom has blocked video and audio chatting via popular Internet-based services such as MSN Messenger, Yahoo Messenger, and Google Talk, reported The Peninsula. Some nationals and expats say they had subscribed to Qtel's high-speed ADSL Internet access specifically to use the chat programs.
