Motivate Val Morgan & Cinestar presents the best of The Cannes Lions Advertising Screening

Industry professionals turned up for this "invitations only" event, eagerly anticipating the much talked about advertisements that graced the screens at the 52nd Cannes International Advertising Festival. Each year almost 10 000 delegates descend on Cannes to celebrate the crème de la crème of creativity; discuss industry issues and network with each other.

Over 16 000 advertisements from all over the world are showcased and a unique programme of high profile seminars, organized by some of the biggest names in the industry, are also presented.

The winners receive the highly coveted Lion awards, honoring the most creative advertising as well as the best media and direct marketing solutions.

"The U.A.E. submitted 92 entries and I would like to congratulate Vincent Raffrey, Creative Director of Tonic Communications for the outstanding achievement of bringing back the first and only Gold Lion, in the press category, for Sony Vega" said Mr Ian Fairservice, Managing Director of Motivate Val Morgan.

Fairservice added "With the creative talent that we have in the U.A.E. we hope to see fare more U.A.E. entries in next year's Cannes Lions Advertising Festival".
