UAE nationals, paramedic programme

Fifteen UAE national students from the Dubai Higher Colleges of Technology have been certified as emergency medical technicians after completing a 10-day training course in the US, reported Gulf News. The second-year paramedic students passed the Pennsylvania's Medical Emergency Technician examination, and completed a course in basic trauma life support.
