Samsung launches 2 new handsets in UAE

Samsung Electronics, the global digital technology innovator, has announced the launch of two new handsets, the SGH-X660 and SGH-X200, in the UAE market.

Designed to offer users an enriched mobile experience, the SGH-X660 features a sleek black and silver U-line design that emphasizes simplicity and comes loaded with a wealth of features. Encased in a slim-light frame, the X200 offers an easy-to-use interface, and a convenient folder design to meet the demands of basic mainstream users

The SGH-X660 tri-band phone, ergonomically designed to fit in the palm, is a mere 89.5x45x21.5mm and weighs 78g. The X660 also includes essential features in multimedia, 40 polyphonic and MP3 ringtones, VGA camera, video recorder, Java, MMS, dual CCD's, and a speaker phone.

Encased in a slim and sophisticated form, the SGH-X200 mobile phone features a 65,536-color display, hands-free speakerphone, irDA and a convenient folder design. In addition to its compact design, the X200 features a number of functions unexpected in small phones, such as Emoticon Box, 40 polyphonic ring tones, calculator, calendar, alarm clock, and an extensive phonebook supporting up to 1000 entries.
