A team of qualified instructors specially came to this region from Samsung's headquarters in Korea and provided the participants with an in depth know-how of critical components within the company's Built-in air conditioners product segments.

Park, Senior Manager-Commercial Airconditioning division, Samsung Electonics Seoul, Korea. "The main objective behind the training session was to ensure that Samsung service centres across the region are well equipped to offer best services to customers for our Built-in air conditioners."
