Samsung conducts Built-in Air conditioners training program for service partners in the Middle East

Samsung, the regional and global leader in digital convergence technology, hosted a two-day training program for its service partners in the UAE. Designed specially for the upcoming Built-in Air Conditioner (BAC) range of Samsung products, the training program was attended by over 30 distributors from across the Middle East and Africa region.

The training aimed at equipping the participants with diverse skill sets and levels of knowledge with regard to Samsung's state-of-the-art Built-in air conditioner range, comprising Ducted Split, Cassette Split and Ceiling/Floor mounted split type units.

A team of qualified instructors specially came to this region from Samsung's headquarters in Korea and provided the participants with an in depth know-how of critical components within the company's Built-in air conditioners product segments.
