  • PRESS RELEASE

2005 has been another great year for Charterhouse confirming their position as the leading regional recruiter, with the Dubai office showing continued growth and diversity to service the needs of ever increasing client demands.

During the course of the year Charterhouse has strengthened their capabilities across all sectors namely Banking, Finance, Construction, Professional Support, Human Resources and Legal coupled with the development of an Oil & Gas recruitment capability.

The business has developed and grown across these areas in line with market trends and requirements. Charterhouse has continued to recruit recruitment specialists with extensive functional and industry specific exposure in international markets to cater for these demands. This has allowed the business to establish and maintain its position as the leading recruiter whilst allowing service levels to be constantly upgraded and refined for specific client needs.

Continued development and growth of the Oil & Gas, Banking, Legal and Construction sectors will be key drivers for Charterhouse into 2006. These are markets that show signs of strong growth and change, requiring human resource and talent pools in areas that Charterhouse are well positioned to identify and source individuals both regionally and internationally.

Maintaining the core principles upon which the Charterhouse brand has been built around since its inception in the Dubai market, the business growth will only mean a further extension of the reputation for excellence in service provision to new sectors, clients and job seekers in a market which now demands more sophisticated recruitment and search capabilities.
