The contract covers the four issues of the magazine in 2006.

Louis Scotto, Chairman of Diners Club, said:

'Signature has been an essential part of our efforts to reach out to members over the years, and we are looking forward to Neptune's fresh ideas for making Signature bigger and better in 2006. Diners Club members look forward to each issue, and we will be incorporating many of their suggestions in the revamped magazine.'

Distributed exclusively to Diners Club members in the UAE, Signature has been running since January 1999. The full colour, glossy magazine has special features on fashion, lifestyle, business, sport and travel, and attractive discounts for members from outlets accepting Diners Club.

Neptune takes over from Millionaire Group Publishing as the publisher of Signature. NAAD Director Leeila Vikram Dhar said: 'We are delighted to have this opportunity to further develop the Signature brand, and we hope to make significant improvements in terms of pages and content. We will also bring to the project our considerable experience in design and magazine distribution.'
