Al Shaheen Club sponsors the Dubai Desert Classic for third year

" It is always a pleasure for Al Shaheen Club to participate in community events which are for a worthy cause. Last year, Al Shaheen Club's Charity Putting Competition at the Dubai Desert Classic raised AED 70,000 which was wholly donated to the Red Crescent. We look forward to this year's Dubai Desert Classic and hope to have a repeat positive response from all the visitors. With the record crowd expected at this year's DDC specially with Tiger Wood's appearance, we are aiming to raise AED 100,000. Following last year's success of Al Shaheen Club's Charity Putting Competition at the world-class golf event, Emirates Bank's Priority Banking Service is excited to, once again, host the Charity Putting Competition for this year's Dubai Desert Classic. With the donation of AED 10 to the Red Crescent, amateur golfers are offered the chance to test their putting skills at one of the PGA Tour's most prestigious golf tournaments. Prizes will be presented to the golfers who achieve the best results. All funds raised from the putting competition will be donated to the Red Crescent Charity.
