AUST Network's symposium urges for quality performance assessment

Ajman University of Science and Technology Network's Faculty of Education and Basic Sciences held a symposium to discuss rules to determine the quality of performance at the university convention hall.

Dr Jaffar Musa, IT Education, Faculty of Education said, "We value the opportunity to exchange ideas and benefit from others' experience."

"Brainstorming has become of one the most effective factors in research innovation. Our objective is to leverage the university to improve its performance in every aspect as it marches towards excellence. The processes of decision-making and other essential elements to determine performance were discussed during the meeting.

He said, "The best way to improve performance in education is to allow the participation of students and teaching staff in the decision-making process. It is also essential to build a strong, transparent communications channel that will link all the parties involved in the process."
