Dubai Festival City selects MasterKey DXB for shopping centre management software

MasterKey DXB, the Dubai customized version of the software, helps ease the leasing process, and allows the operations department to prepare in advance for when the retail center opens its doors. With such an enormous multi-use project, it is essential that several departments work closely together. Dubai Festival City uses MasterKey DXB to combine the efforts of their staff and to work on one centralized system.

MasterKey Systems worked extensively with the Dubai Festival City team to custom build a new Retail Leasing module, adding features to their system which are unique to the retail industry. The new Retail Leasing module adds to MasterKey Systems' existing arsenal of real estate software including Property Management, Residential Leasing, Sales Management and Call Center modules.
