Orascom, 30m subscribers

Egypt-based Orascom Telecom said it had more than 30m subscribers to its services at the end of 2005, more than double that for 2004, reported Reuters. OT said in a statement that the growth had come from its networks operating in the Middle East, Africa and South Asia.
