Internet Service Providers, regulators and government representatives from the GCC will discuss local IP networking at a meeting in Doha from January 17-18. It will be hosted by Qatar's Supreme Council of Information and Communication Technology, with Carnegie Mellon Qatar Campus and the Qatar Foundation and sponsored by Qtel.
