The service is available to all subscribers, whether prepaid or postpaid customers. Customers can subscribe to the service by downloading a Java application. The requested download can be done either via SMS or the company's Yalla portal, which can be accessed using WAP service.
The new Yalla also offers MobileCom customers with user-rich content and information including local and international news, weather, horoscopes, a guide to various services such as hotels and banks throughout the Kingdom as well as entertainment.
Ghossein stressed that MobileCom is coping with its customers' requirements, exceeding their expectations in many occasions. "We are delighted with the way things are going for us and we hope to continue delivering quality results for our customers," he said.
