CA acquires $375m Wily

Computer Associates has signed a deal to buy Wily Technology, an enterprise applications management solutions provider, for $375m. CA expects Wily to contribute approximately $72m of revenue in the 2007 fiscal year. Wily's software monitors billions of web transactions a day, and is installed in more than 450 leading enterprises and government organisations worldwide.
