Egypt's Orascom Hotels and France's Club Mediterranee will develop real estate around Club Med resorts worldwide, as well as developing resorts in countries such as Oman and Switzerland. Orascom is also seeking a 99-year concession from Yemen to develop a resort on Kamaran island in the Red Sea.
