DTCM trains management in strategic planning

In its continued endeavour to train its management in strategic vision and decision-making, the Dubai Department of Tourism and Commerce Marketing (DTCM) organised a Strategic Management Course at the City Centre Sofitel Hotel from January 16-18.
Mr. Ibrahim Yaqoot, Human Resources Manager said : "At DTCM we believe that our biggest wealth lies in the development of human resources. And courses like these reinforce our commitment to hone the strategic decision-making skills of the management."
The Strategic Management course presented an excellent opportunity for the DTCM management to learn about new and innovative ways to help the organization to achieve its goals. It was helped them to stand back and take a long-term view of the organization and its environment.
The three-day course was divided into different sessions and held from 8 a.m. to 2-30 p.m.
