DCCI participates in Arab Health 2006

The Dubai Chamber of Commerce and Industry will participate in the the 31st session of Arab Health 2006, Expo and Conference, which launches this morning and runs through until 28th of January.
This is the first time DCCI participates, with the objective of highlighting the Chamber's leading role and the package of services it delivers to the business community in Dubai, promoting the registered members regionally and internationally through acquainting them with the most prominent and growing sectors.
The DCCI through this participation aims at highlighting the facilities it offers to investors in Dubai. The Chamber also aims at promoting Dubai as a tourist and economic destination, and a trade center playing a key role conjugating the world with the biggest promising markets in the Middle East, Indian subcontinent and Africa.
Other vital targets the Chamber strives to reach is promoting the Business Groups, particularly Drugs, Medical Items and Hospital Appliances Business Group. With regards to the extensive participation of the biggest companies in this event, which is expected to attract more than 30 thousand visitors, it will constitute an excellent opportunity to promote this group, which was established by the DCCI as part of 18 business groups in order to activate ties among the Chamber's members.
This event is characterized by its leading role at the medical education level through conferences it provides in the Middle East and it is internationally recognized. It provides administrators, medical experts, CEOs and decision makers with the opportunity to meet in order for them to access the latest developments in healthcare, and a chance to exchange ideas and visions, enhance skills, strike deals, and hear announcments of new projects and updates.
The conference, which is considered the third of its kind internationally, will be attended by a number of Arab and foreign Health Ministers, not to mention a number of international VIPs including Prince Andrew. Arab Health 2006 is very important for it conveys to the Middle East the best expertise and practices from different parts of the world and combines them under one roof.
