Jacky's unveils its new retail concept - Jacky's Express

Designed and developed to cater to the needs of the digitally-driven consumer, Jacky's Express will focus on shoppers that are already aware of what the market offers and are looking to make a quick purchase.

A scaled-down version of Jacky's Electronics, Jacky's Express will focus on fast-moving product categories, such as multi-brand still and video cameras and accessories, digital music and video players, pocket PCs, notebooks, audio-video products, mobile phones and accessories, IT accessories, gaming products, software, watches and personal/health-care products.

The Jacky's Express concept demonstrates the company's present direction, says Ashish Panjabi, Chief Operating Officer, Jacky's Electronics LLC.

"At Jacky's, we strive to offer our customers innovative service offerings. After months of research and planning, we are pleased to introduce Jacky's Express - a chain of retail outlets that will cover a maximum floor space of 500-1000 square feet."

Strategically located at high-traffic areas in malls, such as gaming zones, food court, cinemas, hyper-markets, and on the ground floor - near the main entrance. The Jacky's Express retail chain will offer discerning home and mobile entertainment buyers a new way to shop without any compromise on efficiency and quality.

The ambience of the new outlets, staffed with dynamic sales teams, with a solid understanding of new technology products, will highlight Jacky's new retail credo: 'My Kind of Place'. The slogan emphasises the company's commitment to ensuring that each Jacky's store is a place where customers can be assured of receiving the best service and a product range that fits in with their lifestyle.

Jacky's Express is now open at Century Mall in Dubai and Safeer Mall in Sharjah. Jacky's Express is to soon open at Mall of the Emirates, and more outlets are due to open at other retail centers in the emirates in the course of 2006.
