AD, $270bn expansion plan

Abu Dhabi is planning real estate developments worth a total of $270bn in the coming few years, Aldar Properties advisor Christopher Sims told the City Expansion conference yesterday. He highlighted Aldar's $14.7bn Al Raha Beach project where 1,392 villas were sold in 45 minutes, and promised seven more projects this year including another giant waterfront development.
