The conference will be held this year under the theme “Importance of Human Capital”, based on last year’s recommendations, and will discuss the latest theories in distinguished work performance, creating a professional competition environment in the workplace, the latest techniques relating to human resources and their impact on productivity and corporate creativity aspects, as well as nurturing a workforce with leadership skills. During the conference, many topics will also be focused on such as success indicators, standard evaluation methods, benefits from technology to improve human resources departments and increasing the overall corporate performance.
At the conference, a group of international consultants will present ways of managing contrasts in human assets, improving them and sustaining their role. Participants can also look forward to understanding methods of supporting human resources to achieve success in projects and businesses, and setting up different framework policies to improve performance, considering the social responsibility of the organization and the effective role required of human resources in this regard.
The conference will host Prof. Stephan Garelli, Swiss expert in Leadership and Competitive Sciences, the former director of Dafos International Forum and Consultant of Management Improvement International Institute in Lozan, in addition to a number of international HR experts from the USA and the European Union.
