Solidarity continue to support in developing the skills of Bahraini students

Solidarity, one of the largest Takaful companies in the world, designed an extensive training program for BIBF students as part of their undergraduate studies in Management and Information Technology.
Eman Abdulmalik, Sumaya Abdulla and Hessa Abdulla Al Sada, students of Bentley College from Boston Massachusetts in the United States of America that has partnership with BIBF, joined the Solidarity one month training program. The program consists of administration and accounting activities within several General Takaful Departments such as: Marine, Motor, Health and property.
Rob King, General Manager, Solidarity - Family Takaful, welcomed and congratulated the trainees and Mr. Hasan Murady, Head of Administration and Human Resources, distributed certificates of experience.
Mr Murady said: "One of Solidarity's core values is to build a solid future. We are committed to provide the optimal support to the Bahraini nationals in their studies. Being one of the largest Takaful companies in the world, we see our selves obliged to provide ultimate support and development through professional training programs for students aiming to expose them to the real working environment."
"With the directions of our Board members, and the continuous follow up from our Senior Management, Solidarity has set up a specialized training and development programs for students from several educational institutions, we hope to share in adding to the kingdom, in general, and to the industry, in specific, high calibers who in turn will contribute in the development of our economies," added Murady.
