The event is being held from Thursday 26 January to Saturday 28 January 2006 at the Madinat Arena, Dubai. Opening times of the event are as follows: Thursday 26 January 10am - 8pm; Friday 27 January 2pm - 9pm; Saturday 28 January 10am - 8pm. The VIP reception will take place at 11pm on Thursday 26 January.

The leading exhibition and seminar for residential property in the UAE has doubled in size from the 2005 event which attracted 110 exhibiting companies and over 4,100 individual visitors.
