Mothercare in Jordan

The launch, attended by a number of mothers, VIP guests, and media, provided an opportunity for the guests to familiarize themselves to the facilities as well as provide them with an opportunity to experience Mothercare's world class customer oriented services.

The latest opening of Alshaya International Co. franchise store in Jordan is expected to continue the Mothercare tradition of providing the highest standard in safety and quality products as well as the professional customer service the store is known for world wide.

"The launch of the first Mothercare store in Jordan coincides with the New Year and just at the tail end of Eid celebrations" explained Mothercare Senior Brand Manager, of the Middle East. "We've invited a number of our target audience to share with us in the launch of our first store in Jordan as well as to experience first hand the quality products and services we have to offer" he added.

The launch celebrations, which are planned to continue until January 21st, introduced attendees to the quality and safety of all Mothercare products. "Guests are afforded the opportunity to see the store while their children are entertained by the clowns, face painter and balloon shaper. The Mothercare franchise was first introduced into the Middle East by M.H.Al Shaya Company in 1984. In the 22 years that ensued, the franchise grew from one store in Kuwait to a total of 84 stores in the Middle East including the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia, United Arab Emirates, Oman, Qatar, Bahrain and Lebanon.
