    Tang restaurant.
Tang is promising to be more than just a restaurant, it will be the place to be for the discerning food lover who is passionate about food and style.

Michael Scully, General Manager of Le Meridien Mina Seyahi Beach Resort & Marina comments:

"I am thrilled about the opening of Tang as this restaurant truly brings a new dining experience to Dubai. The combination of flavours in each dish are unique as well as the concept and interior design of the restaurant. Tang is a must try."

The focus in Tang is on the latest trends in cuisine and presentation. Chef Stephane brings culinary trends from New York and London to Dubai in his contemporary French dishes combined with the finest flavours of the Orient. The circular interior offers intimacy and acts as a dramatic backdrop to the main event - the outstanding food.

Tang will be a smoke free restaurant with the exception of the bar area. Tantalising contemporary cocktails and drinks will be available as well as a specialised in-fashion menu with new age sushi, sashimi and tartars, delicately flavoured to tease your taste buds.

Besides traditional portions, Tang also offers "sharing" dishes, allowing guests to share their experiences. Tang brings you a vibrant social setting where you will taste passion in everything we do.
