The 'Young Professional Programme' which was designed specifically to develop high potential junior staff into all rounded employees focusing within every department. It focuses not only to help employees learn new concepts but also to ensure that they cross the bridge from learning to doing.

Its worth mentioning that the final YPP workshop clarified what an individual should work on for maximum impact on his team's top goals. It also helped employees to become more valued by focusing their work on what matters most to the organization and learn how to use a tool to help them focus on key goals and stay on track to achieve them.

Craig Hiles, International Consultant and Facilitator, Franklin Covey, said: "The programme enabled us to conduct a comprehensive evaluation for the employees skills and performance, which assist us in building their objectives and goals that should meet the overall policy and strategy of the corporation " .

Mohammed Bin Bakheet Al Amimi, Chief supervisor credit control, Etisalat, said: "It's related to previous workshops in the Young Professional Programme. We learnt how to achieve our goals and how to implement what we learnt previously in real life as it helped bridging between learning and applying what we learnt in our professional and personal life. I'm very glad I was part of this workshop and we could benefit a lot from the instructors' experiences.

Shabib Al Muhairi, Chief supervisor of development and training: Participants already have the basic skills that the workshop was focusing on, however, the workshop helped us to shape those skills and put them on the right track. During the workshop, I was able to compare what I used to learn and what I've been thought during my practical experience and that made me focus on goals and have the required know-how to achieve the team goals.
