The winner of the award was determined by the UAE's motoring public, who voted on Autocar's website and by faxing votes to the magazine.
The magazine commented that the 'Best Dealership' award recognizes the dealership - as voted by their customers - which goes the extra mile to make the car buying process as smooth as possible. The award further acknowledges dealers which can provide service which has proven to be beyond all others by guiding customers through the pitfalls and hazards which can delay the buying process.
Colin Leitch, the Managing Director of Al-Futtaim Motors said,
