Microsoft launches Dynamics solutions in Bahrain

Microsoft today announced the launch of two new applications to help organizations in Bahrain to better manage their business processes and customer relations.

Microsoft Dynamics GP 9 and Microsoft Dynamics CRM 3.0 represent a new generation of business solutions from Microsoft, that have been designed to reflect the way organizations and individuals work today.

The new applications are part of Microsoft Dynamics, the new brand of financial, customer relationship and supply-chain management solutions for small and midsize businesses, large organizations and divisions of global enterprises. The new brand replaces Microsoft Business Solutions and represents Microsoft's strategy to align its products with its research and development roadmap, which centers on a people and process-centric design approach to deliver breakthrough innovation.

Microsoft Dynamics CRM 3.0 provides a complete suite of powerful marketing, sales and service capabilities, all with a familiar and consistent user experience based on Microsoft Office and Microsoft Office Outlook. Extensive new configuration, customization and integration capabilities make it easy for customers and partners to deploy highly tailored solutions that drive measurable business results and offer a low total cost of ownership. The product is offered in a Professional Edition and a Small Business Edition.

"Businesses demand a CRM solution that is easy to use, adaptable and affordable," said Charbel Fakhoury, General Manager, Microsoft Gulf.

"Microsoft Dynamics CRM 3.0 delivers a major breakthrough in the CRM marketplace. With its native Microsoft Office and Outlook experience and a flexible platform that gives customers a true choice of deployment options, we are bringing the power of CRM to information workers, enabling them to better understand their customers, be more productive and have a positive impact on their business' bottom line."

Microsoft Dynamics GP 9.0 is an integrated, adaptable business management solution that increases the impact people can have on their organizations by providing them with a role-based user experience that fits with their existing systems. Microsoft Dynamics GP 9.0 introduces a new role based desktop approach, enabling companies to deploy pre-configured software targeting the core processes and reports that are relevant for specific jobs in a company. These 21 role-based desktops are integrated with Office and the Web, making it easier for individuals in a company to be more productive without extensive software training. In addition, more than 170 enhancements will be delivered across the modules within the Microsoft Dynamics GP product line, encompassing financial management, distribution, manufacturing, field service, human resources management and payroll.

"Customers want innovative products and services that help individuals within their organizations be more empowered, connected and insightful with tools that adapt to their unique business processes. Microsoft Dynamics offers users a total solution implementation that helps deliver a low total cost of ownership and fast return on investment, and gives our channel partners new opportunities to extend the solution to meet customers' specific industry needs," said Fakhoury.
