Emaar Properties plans to invest in the region's education sector by establishing international schools in the Middle East, North Africa and India. It says it has already formed partnerships with education specialists and acquired existing institutions, as yet unnamed. Chairman Mohamed Alabbar says there is a huge demand for premium quality education in the region.
