Oil reps released, trouble ahead

Nigerian insurgents have released four kidnapped foreign contractors after 19 days in captivity. The release of the Shell employees comes after three weeks of violence and disruption to Nigeria's crude exports, which had dropped by more than 8%. But militants say the gesture does signal a softening of their intent to take control of the country's oil and gas resources.
