Much of the success from 2005 came from the dedicated sales team working on project 'Overdrive' which focused on increasing customer satisfaction in the service and parts departments.
In addition to 'Overdrive' a new and unique customer satisfaction programme was established at the group's headquarters. This enabled Al Yousuf Motors to respond directly to customers' requests when delivering the new line of vehicles from Chevrolet.
A celebration gala lunch took place at Al Yousuf Motors' Dubai headquarters, where Ahmed Al Yousuf, CEO, Al Yousuf Group, and Terry Johnson, managing director, General Motors, Africa and Middle East, cut a specially made cake in the shape of the number 5,000.
"This is by far Al Yousuf Motors' best accomplishment to date. It is a result of efficient team work and dedication from our sales team, and the support given to us from General Motors. It is also very satisfying that both new and established customers have responded to our attractive offers, and the exclusive after-sales services we provide,"
said Ahmed Al Yousuf.
