Al Jaber Group's 300 Million Dirham 'Media One' creates the buzz at Dubai Media City

Media One, which is located at the main entrance of the Dubai Media City (DMC) opposite the Dubai Marina, is a forty floor mixed use property with a built up area of 75,371 square meters comprising a hotel and commercial office space.

Media One will direct its service to cater for its immediate population at Dubai Media City as well as the nearby communities. Top notch technology access and connectivity are a given, where high speed wireless is accessible in all public areas of the hotel.

The hotel comprises standard rooms, junior and executive suites, with an 'all day dining room,' four speciality restaurants, a chic lounge bar and retail space on the ground floor. Offices at Media One are on the upper levels of the building from the 21st to the 40th floors. The offices can be accessed through a separate entrance on the ground floor that connects to the hotel lobby.

The Al Jaber Group had revealed that the iconic joint venture project Between the Bridges (BTB) - a complex comprising a Five Star hotel, luxury villas and executive apartments - is currently under construction in Abu Dhabi. The AED 800 million project was named 'Between the Bridges' due to the fact that it lies on a 900 meter stretch between the Al-Maqtaa and Al Musafah bridges that lead onto the island of Abu Dhabi, with the first phase earmarked for completion in February 2007.
