DIP, $68m loan for expansion

Dubai Investments Park Development Company, a wholly owned subsidiary of Dubai Investments, has signed a $68.1m three-year syndicated loan agreement for the expansion of the industrial and residential development Dubai Investments Park. Fifteen banks are involved, with Emirates Financial Services and Standard Chartered Bank the mandated lead arrangers and joint book runners for the transaction.
