Mr. Saif Al Midfa is the new Director General of Expo Centre Sharjah

Mr. Saif Al Midfa joined the organisation in February 2005 as the Manager of Expo Marketing Services (EMS), the creative arm of Expo Centre Sharjah, bringing with him vast experience in management and finance.

In a very short period of time he had successfully consolidated the entire direct marketing, Press and PR, and the advertising sections in the organisation under the umbrella of Expo Marketing Services or EMS.

Earlier in his career, Mr. Saif Al Midfa had held senior positions in the Emirates National Oil Company (ENOC) and also the Sharjah Chamber of Commerce and Industry.

He is a graduate in International Business Administration from the University of Bournemouth, UK.

Mr. Saif Al Midfa considers the exhibitions industry to be a vital ingredient of the UAE's, particularly Sharjah's, economy.

Under Mr. Saif Al Midfa's dynamic leadership, Expo Centre Sharjah will continue in its position as the leading exhibition venue in the region, and will strive to reach even greater heights.
