Emirates wants double Oz

  • United Arab Emirates: Thursday, February 09 - 2006 at 06:18

Emirates airline wants to more than double its services to Australia to 98 a week, according to The Sydney Morning Herald. The carrier is looking to take advantage of British Airways' exit from Melbourne and the lack of flights to mainland Europe offered by national carrier Qantas, to ramp up flights on the lucrative long-haul routes to Sydney and Melbourne.
