Since November 2003 Al Marri has been serving as the Director of Abattoirs Department.
Al Marri joined the Municipality in 1986 as Chief Co-ordinator of the Mechanical Abattoir. Later he became the Manager of the Abattoir.
Al Marri also served as Assistant Director of the Markets and Abattoirs Department before being appointed as its Director in 2000.
