CPI launch Climate Control Middle East

  • United Arab Emirates: Thursday, February 09 - 2006 at 14:37
  • PRESS RELEASE

CPI has launched Climate Control Middle East, the first-ever magazine on the HVAC&R (Heating, Ventilation, Air Conditioning and Refrigeration) industry in the region.

The launch signaled a first title for CPI's division, CPI Industry.

The spur for the new title was the unprecedented construction growth in the region, in general, and the UAE, in particular. With unparalleled building activity in the region, CPI Industry perceived a construction sector demand for focused information, and hence a magazine on the HVAC&R industry in the region, to begin with. The launch of the title goes with CPI Industry's philosophy, 'Pertinent Perspectives, Focused Solutions'.

"We at CPI Industry realised that, despite being in one of the harshest climates in the world, there was no dedicated HVAC&R magazine serving construction professionals, consultants, designers and architects, unlike in the United States, United Kingdom and Japan," said Frédéric Paillé, Associate Publisher, CPI Industry. "Indeed, with the construction industry experiencing the boom we all know, the market has become more sophisticated - contractors and end-users are overwhelmed with an ever-increasing number of suppliers in the region and need on-the-spot technical information. In that context, we see Climate Control Middle East as a unique, relevant and appealing publication."
