The Banker Awards NBK 'The Deal of the Year 2005' for the USD 2.4 billion acquisition of Celltel by MTC

The Banker, the renowned Financial Times magazine, has awarded NBK for 'The Best Deal of the Year 2005' in Kuwait for its role in Financing the USD 3.5 billion acquisition of Celltel by MTC. NBK also arranged a USD 2.4 billion rights issue for MTC.
